Mission and Projects

The Interagir e Educar Institute was created in 2011 with a mission to assist in the education of children and young people of low income and to encourage a greater sense of generosity in our society. Founded academically, the Interagency and Educate Institute has developed and developed the concept of an "Education for Generosity" as a way to better social development of children, young people and adults in different ways.

According to its mission, the Interagency and Educate Institute developed 4 projects:

  • "Education and Generosity":A school of values and virtues that offers a complementary education to children and young people of low income of public schools, with courses of English, writing, reading, interpretation of texts, complement to the mathematics and other preparatory materials to the ENEM.
  • "Generosity in Family": A program that seeks to encourage generous actions in a joint way involving Parents and Children, with emphasis on Living, Constancy, Intensity and Discipline in the actions practiced.
  • "Awarded Virtues": A project that aims to encourage with prizes, children and young people that demonstrate Values and Virtues that can infect our society.
  • "Law of Generosity": Proposes to the State, through a Law, to encourage a greater sense of generosity and rapprochement between rich and poor.

How to help?

In order for us to evolve with the Interagir and Educar Institute projects, we need your participation and support.


  • 1) Financial contributions: Financial aid is fundamental to evolve with the projects of the Institute. Click here and get to know our Sponsorship Policy and financial aid of Individuals and Legal.
  • 2) Volunteer activities: A little of your time with Constancy and Discipline. Choose the one that best suits your profile.
  • 3) To visit once a week, for 2 hours, a unit of the project to discuss a current theme with the students or if it is a teacher, to assist technically in some matter.
  • 4) Assist in the contact with the Parents of the students, with periodic visits in their houses, to motivate the families with the study of the son and also in the development of Values and Virtues in the context of the program Generosity in Family.
  • 5) To become a "Academic Sponsor" of a child or young person with telephone calls or periodic face-to-face conversations, in order to motivate them in their studies. "It's not technical, just motivational conversations that all volunteers can offer".
  • 6) Assist in the organization of raffles, product sales, contact with people and / or other ways to raise funds for projects.

Constancy and discipline are fundamental to all proposed volunteer activities. The Institute staff will also offer technical support and guidance according to the volunteer's profile.Come and help build these projects with us and a better future for our children, grandchildren or great-grandchildren.If we want a better society, we must start with ourselves!


How to have the Interact and Educate Institute working in my city?

  • 1) As we work primarily with students from Public Schools, the first step is to promote a meeting with the Education Department of your city.
  • 2) If the Mayor and the Department of Education are interested in implementing the Projects Education and Generosity, Generosity in Family, Awarded Virtues And possibly also the proposal Law of Generosity In your city, the Institute Interact and Educate can make an investment of R $ 50 thousand to set up a structure of machines and equipment to serve up to 150 children and young people of low income exclusively from public schools. Children and Youth with a lot of desire to study but little opportunity.
  • 3)For the development of the Institute Projects in your city, it will be necessary for the city hall to offer a Physical Location to be evaluated jointly and to assign 2 or 3 competent professionals of its staff who will receive technical training and direction to develop the activities of the projects.
  • 4) All coordination, technical / operational follow-up and maintenance of machines and equipment will be carried out by professionals from the Interagir and Educar Institute.
  • 5) The Secretariat of Education should be responsible for the selection of students who will be served by the Institute's projects. The selection process of the students should be 100% meritocratic by Notes and Concepts of the teachers. From 5 to 10% of the vacancies may be filled by children and young people who present a high level of social vulnerability.
  • 6) Semiannually, behavioral assessments are carried out in conjunction with the school secretary, principals and coordinators of the schools, based on an electronic student handbook offered by the Interagency and Education Institute, which allows a joint follow-up of the students' development process.


The main differential of the projects offered by the Interact and Educate Institute is the Cost - Investment - Result relationship. They are projects of proven High Social Impact and Low Cost of Implementation and Maintenance. Approximately R $ 60.00 per month per child or young person served by the projects. For the development of the Interagir and Educar Institute projects, we basically have:

  • 1) Investment of R $ 50 thousand that includes 40 to 50 computers and notebooks for the development of activities, projectors, tablets, network equipment, tables, chairs and environmental suitability. We use industry-leading replacement computers and laptops with excellent prices and performance.
  • 2) Monthly Maintenance Cost of approx. R $ 6 thousand, 80% related to the cost of technical coordination professionals, development of activities, monitoring and 20% referring to the operational maintenance of the structure.
  • Physical person:

  • 1)Donation from R$ 60.00 to R$ 499.00 / month : Receives monthly the bank statement of the Institute with demonstration of entries and exits of resources by email or WhatsApp.
  • 2) Monthly donations of more than R$ 500,00 / month: In addition to the bank statement and monthly statement of inputs and outputs of resources, also receives a visit or telephone call every six months from the general director of the project for detailed explanations on the evolution of the project.
  • Legal person:

  • 1) Sponsorship Master:Assembly of the Structure with investment of R$ 50 thousand + R$ 5 thousand / month of maintenance, with the name of the Company and social integration of its employees, if there is interest, with the headquarters of the project.
  • 2) Senior Sponsorship: Investment of R$ 10 thousand + R$ 1 thousand to R$ 4 thousand / month of maintenance with the name of the Company in the headquarters of the Project and work material.


The Law of Generosity is a concrete alternative to reduce inequality in the world we live in. Congratulations!

The problems of Education in Brazil are diverse. Many point to problems in teacher training, others point to problems in school structures, among others. It is true that the state bureaucracy and the democratic alternation of leadership in municipalities, states or in the federation also generate problems of continuity, besides Known political-ideological disagreements.

As a third-sector non-profit organization with no political or ideological bias, the strategy adopted by the Interagir and Educar Institute is, in partnership with the Municipalities, to offer an educational complement to students who show great desire to study, but little opportunity . Working Values and Virtues through Examples from the students themselves and their families is also an integral and fundamental part of the process.

Choosing the best students is not about being insensitive to the worst. Just a matter of focus and priority, given the little resource we have. We observe that the form of work and motivation with the students who do not show desire to study should be different from those who show great willingness to develop in the studies. Finally, the problems and difficulties in Education are diverse and we must attack in a compartmentalized way so that we can obtain better results.

Good students and bad students, unwilling or unwilling to study for various reasons, exist in any country in the world. However, if there is something that developed countries with the US do not do, it is to waste their best talents as we do at all times in the various municipalities of Brazil.

In addition to offering better educational opportunities to the best students in the city in which we operate, we also offer a training focused on Values and Virtues, so that in the future, these best students can become great agents of change in their respective social environments in their cities Even if they no longer live in the city.

In addition to using the best teaching and learning technology platforms such as Geek, Descomplica, Super Professor, Duolingo, Prezi, in addition to our own monitoring systems and processes, we guarantee the operation of a fleet of machines and equipment that have maximum performance in one Excellent cost-benefit ratio.

It is possible to say that this way of managing the operation is one of the main strategic differentials of the Interact and Educate Institute. Somewhat unlikely that states or municipalities manage with the same efficiency in the face of the various bureaucratic ties that make public processes inefficient and costly.

He is the current Mayor of the city of Passa Quatro – MG, elected in 2013 with more than 60% of valid votes. Entrepreneur in the hotel sector, he is a Lawyer graduated from University Braz Cubas of Mogi das Cruzes and postgraduate in Administrative Law and Constitutional Law by UniversityGama Filho of Rio de Janeiro, he worked at the lawyer’s office João Gomes da Silva Advogados between 1998 and 2000, he was a partner of the lawyer’s office Pereira e Brito Advogados in Mogi das Cruzes and a practicing Lawyer in Passa Quatro – MG until he became Mayor of the city. With extensive relationships with representatives and senators in Brasilia, he spearheads the Political Coordination of the "Law of Generosity" project.


Lawyer registered with the OAB/SP 166.533, Partner of Locatelli e Locatelli Sociedade de Advogados, Graduate in Legal and Social Sciences by PUCCAMPINAS in 1998; Master of Laws (LLM) in Corporate Law by INSPER (2014); Postgraduate in Business Law by INPG - Faculdade Castelo Branco (2003).


She holds a Master’s and PhD in Education by UNICAMP and graduated in English Language and Literature by PUCCAMP. She also holds a Specialization Degree in Linguistics and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychoanalysis by the Brazilian Orthodox Psychoanalytical Society, of Rio de Janeiro. She also holds a Certificate in Operational Competence in English, issued by the Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville. She has been a Lecturer at the Faculty of Philosophy, Sciences and Arts, N. S. de Patrocínio, in Itu, at the Faculty of Education, Sciences and Arts of Moji-Mirim and at the Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas. She participated in CNPq Research Projects in Discourse Studies. She is the author of academic papers published in the books: Representations of the Masculine (Editora Alínea, 2008), Representations of the Feminine (Editora Átomo, 2003) and in the journal Letras (PUC-Campinas, 25 anos, vol.26, nº2, 2007). She has literary texts published in anthologies: Poemas Anárquicos (Editora Guemanisse, 2007), Olhares Escritos (Editora Guarajás, 2005), Convergentes (Editora Guemanisse, 2007). She is the author of the children’s books O Peixinho Prateadoand Gatão Branco (Editora Pontes, 2012) and translations of children’s books (Editora Girassol Brasil).


Graduated in Marketing and Specialized in digitalmarketing, she has worked since 2008 as Managing Partner of Art and Planning at Prodweb and is in charge of the Digital Agency. Her main field of work and study is digital communication and social interactions on the web. She manages design and marketing teams with projects that combine art, communication and technology.


Trained in the field of Information Systems, he has worked for the last 12 years as Web developer using computer languages such as: PHP, ASP, JAVA and MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle and SQL Serverdatabases. From 2002 to 2007, he worked as a teacher and coordinator of a computer vocational course of Graham Bell College (RJ). In 2005, he developed two textbooks for the ProJovem Program. Since 2008, he has worked as Partner Director of Systems Projects of Prodweb developing web-basedand mobile projects: CMS, e-commerce, CRM, websites and portals, ODL and Managing Systems/ERP.


Postgraduate by Universidad Austral, in Buenos Aires, Argentina, he has worked as family advisor and educator, in addition to delivering talks at schools such as Vértice, Colégio Catamarã, among others. Dental Surgeon graduated by the University of São Paulo – USP and postgraduate in Neuro-Occlusal Rehabilitation –NORby the Planas Dentoclinic Institute of Barcelona – Spain.


Ana Beatriz Lopes Lancha is a Journalist with experience in educational and community media, graduated from the Mackenzie Presbyterian University and currently attending a Master’s in "Art, Education and Culture History" by the same university.


Marcelo Dias is a Journalist, with experience in educational media and training programs. He graduated from the Anhembi Morumbi Universityand Specialized in Marketing at the Mackenzie Presbyterian University.
